Payment methods
All fees must be paid before the course starts. Fees must accompany your
application, unless they are being paid by your employer and an invoice
is required.

Invoices
On events where invoices are issued, full details of the named person,
department and full postal address to whom the invoice should be sent
must be given in the appropriate section on the application form. A
letter from the department approving your funding must accompany your
application.
Please note: The Institute is unable to invoice private individuals and
organisations which are not based in the UK, and invoices will usually
not be issued in the three weeks preceding a course. Applications which
are not accompanied by full payment or properly completed invoice
details will not be processed.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be received in writing on or 2 weeks before the start
of the event and will be subject to an administration charge of 20% of
the course fee. It is regretted that no refunds will be made or invoices
cancelled within 2 weeks of the course date. Substitutions can be made
at anytime.

This
course is now fully booked, and the waiting list is now closed. We
regret that we are unable to take any further bookings or additions to
the waiting list.
We regret that we
will not be able to take any bookings 'on the day' - unfortunately
anyone who has not pre-registered will be turned away due to lack of
space.
